About Nitro Custom Works
We're a South Jersey precision machine shop with a passion for getting it right — from CNC production runs to one-off automotive components machined to the builder's exact specification.
Built on Precision. Grounded in South Jersey.
Nitro Custom Works started with a straightforward idea: South Jersey needed a machine shop that treated every job — whether a single cylinder head or a production run of custom parts — with the same level of precision and care. Too many shops in the area treat small customers as an afterthought. We built our shop around the opposite approach.
We run CNC and manual equipment to handle the range of work our customers bring us. Our background includes both industrial precision machining and automotive performance work — cylinder head machining, custom gear manufacturing, billet performance components. That combination is not common in this market, and it's what makes Nitro Custom Works a different kind of machine shop.
We're based in South Jersey, convenient to Burlington, Camden, Gloucester, and Salem Counties. When you call us at (856) 207-2495, you're talking to the machinist. When you email a drawing, you get a real quote back — not an automated response asking for more forms. That's how we do it.
What You Can Expect When You Work With Us
Measure Twice, Machine Once
Every job starts with understanding exactly what's required. We read your drawing, ask the questions that need asking, and confirm critical features before we cut. Less rework, less waste, better parts.
Direct Communication
When you call, you reach the person doing the work. No sales layer, no corporate queue. If we see something in your drawing that might be a problem, we call you before we machine it — not after.
Inspection Before Delivery
Parts are measured before they leave our shop. We verify the critical dimensions on your drawing and make sure what we made matches what you ordered. Parts that don't pass don't ship.
Automotive Expertise
Most machine shops can mill a flat plate. Far fewer understand what a cylinder head actually requires or how to machine a cam gear correctly. We do both, and we understand why it matters.
No Minimums
One part. We take one-part orders. Prototypes, one-offs, replacement parts — they're welcome. You shouldn't have to buy a hundred pieces of something you need one of.
Honest Lead Times
We tell you when your parts will be ready, and we hold to it. If something changes, we call you. We'd rather give you an accurate lead time than a fast one we can't keep.
